I just visited the Manor again in October 2008. Unfortunately, my mother, Sadie Buck, known to most of the Manor as "Miss Sadie, passed away. I still have fond memories of the Manor and find it irresistible to ride around reminiscing about what used to be. There are so many changes now. I'm from the old school and went to Waters with Nate McCall. Names from back in the day - Scobie Dee Garrett, Arnold Garrett, Skinny Pimp, Lil Lo, Baby Joe, RatMan, Casey, Plaza, Melvin Purdue, Ronald Black, Larry Black, Winston Black, Terry Lee, Kenny Banks. . . . . brothers from all over the Manor when there was Victory Manor and Lincoln Gardens too.
